The Space:
Our beautiful 3 bedroom home is available for smaller groups on "quiet" nights. A rare find - but if you need more space let me know and we can easily upgrade you to all 3 bedrooms! This suite includes a kind bedroom with a private ensuite and a queen bedroom with a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own private TV as well.

When you enter the house, you are met with a large entry way with plenty of room to unload suitcases. The entryway opens up into a cozy and spacious living room. The design is clean and warm to make you feel at home. There is a large smart tv mounted and plenty of seating for everyone.

2nd Family Room -
- The sectional couch is cozy and ready to be relaxed on
- The sectional pulls out easily into a Queen bed and the bedding is hidden away in the couch storage
- We have plenty of card and boards games in the house for your enjoyment

- Fully equipped kitchen, w/ every item of cookware, silverware, and much more to accommodate your stay
- Our coffee bar is equipped with a coffee machine and complimentary coffee and cream. A tea assortment is also available.
- Large table that seats 8 and additional counter seating.
- There is a full bathroom located in th hall closet the bedrooms.
- Additionally, we have a high chair and children's dinnerware to accommodate those traveling with littles

This is a very unique backyard, compared to most properties in the area. You have a large outdoor area, with full privacy.

We do have a couple that has lived in our basement for years. They are quiet and we never see them.
