„The place was clean. The location was great, 20 minutes from Disney and about 10 minutes from Universal. It felt safe for the family. The pool outside was nice. The price was reasonable. Lastly,there was a review that complained that the carpets in the bedrooms were dirty and I want to make sure you know that they have hard wood floors throughout. “

„The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound.
