„I had very noisy neighbors and the walls very pretty thin. Could not sleep till they left at 2:30 am. Did not see that i booked cabin style room (shared bathroom in hallway instead of own bathroom). Did not like this type of room. Location close to downtown is very useful. Rooms clean and personel friendly.“

„Love, love love it here! Close proximity to local Austin culture(music venues, bars, restaurants) and there’s a huge park right next to the property. The property itself is large so make sure you follow the map but once you take one walk around it’s easy to remember the layout. The gym is modern and clean and there’s a great coffee shop right in front. I would absolutely stay here again! “

„The room was really nice! Due to the weather, I wasn’t able to walk around the area. Drive around, it looks like it would be a fun area to explore at night! Next time for sure. The only thing I would have changed was the restroom. The towels were not clean and the water pressure was pretty low. With no curtain in the shower, the mat for the restroom became soaked. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. “

„Cute lil chipotle apartment in a great area close to downtown and walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The furniture is your standard mdf so it has a few chips in it. Also there’s like a rubber lining on the mattress and pillows that made them hot to sleep on. And the a/c shuts itself off every 4 hours. Not like when it reaches temp, but like OFF off. Still for the price point it’s great. “

„Cute place, as advertised with amenities, and really sweet host. Sarah asked several times if there was anything we needed and we did borrow bicycles two days in a row. Only minor complaints: The parking is very tight for large vehicle, alley leading up to parking space also very tight and rutty. Loft head room is also very minimal with all the roof angles. But we managed and had a fun stay even with some inclement weather the first couple days. Good location for access to lake and greenway, ...
