„the location is great and clean. we booked the premium villa for a nice vallentines stay and we had an 5 star expectation when we moved in. but the technical installations of our room did not meet what we expected: the aircon was not adjustable. we had to choose full load or off. finally we switched it of overnite. and the toilet flush was not working. obviously the check and maintenance need do a better work.“

The room was wonderful but seems lacking in some basic items like slippers or lotion , staff were doing the daily upkept of the pools but failed to notice the loose floorboard or a used diaper lodged on the faux stone wall. „Für kurze Erholung Nähe Manila sehr gut. Lage direkt am Wasser. Restaurant Frühstück, Lunch und Dinner schrecklich. Keine frischen Speisen, alte Fertigpizza, Weine die auf der Karte stehen alle ausverkauft. Unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant. Man hat sich nicht Willkommen gefühlt und den Eindruck man steht kurz vor der Pleite. Aus der Küche gab es wohl nur Restbestände. Ich war vor 1,5 Jahren schon einmal da und da war alles sehr gut. “

„Staff is absolutely wonderful, I stayed 4 nights, they helped me with 2 full day excursions. they had 2 employees take us to a nice Batangas beach resort with white Sand , swimming, personal beach hut, good restaurant on that excursion all in their resort vehicle. One other excursion is an island hopping trip to Bauan beach (4,000 Php)area where they allowed us to have lunch at a resort called Destino’s(awesome place wow).
