„Nicht zum ersten mal waren wir im Yankee Clipper Inn. Phantastisch die Lage am Atlantik, das Frühstück auf de terasse, das gepflegte Ambiente! ABER: Kein kofferservice- und das bei vielen stufen ohne lift.Zimmerservice extrem reduziert, bei kürzerem Aufenthalt wird das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Und das bei einem auch für USA recht ansehnlichen Preis!“

„Hotelzimmer liegt in einer schönen,ruhigen Wohngegend mit Merressicht. (Nicht alle Zimmer) Das Hotel ist sicher hier und da mal wieder Renovierungsbedürftig. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, darauf wird aber auch hingewiesen.Frühstück war super (Rührei, Eimuffins,Bratkartoffeln,Würstchen,Frenchtoast,Bagels,Müsli,Früchte )und es ist sicher für jeden was dabei. Für uns war 1 Nacht völlig ok.“

„Beautiful, cozy stay near the ocean. Beautiful views a short walk away. Because of the weather we didn't get to use much of the outdoor space, but several nice chairs outside. Felt pretty private, separate entrance from rest of house. The grill was a nice touch, but nowhere to sit and eat inside (other than the bed) so we didn't get a chance to cook. Thanks for the lovely stay!“

„Convenient homebase to explore Cape Ann. The house is very clean, has good looking decor, sheets and towels were clean and comfortable and A/C works well. The stairs are steep and narrow, but that’s to be expected in older houses. We enjoyed our stay very much!“

„We all absolutely loved this home. It was the coziest place we have ever stayed. And the location and view were unbelievable, being right on the coast. We read the reviews ahead of time and knew it was an older home, which added to the charm for us. Would definitely stay here again.“

„This property is beautiful and has a great view and location. The neighbor upstairs is a tenant and left their dog alone howling for three nights. Atlantic homes was very responsive. „Having stayed at The Ledge on Green before it was nice to return for another visit due to a work trip taking me to The North of Boston. Overall I once again enjoyed staying at the house as it is a short drive to lovely shops, sights, and restaurants in downtown Rockport. Having stayed at the house before I have in the past provided feedback to the rental agency responsible for the house about what was and was not satisfactory and I appreciated that my feedback was taken into account. “

„Our family absolutely fell in love with Rockport!! And we are SO happy with this house we chose. At first we thought we would’ve liked to be walking distance to town, but the more we evaluated it, we realized our private waterfront location was perfection! It was quiet and peaceful and beautiful. And watching the lobster boats come and go was entertaining - and surprisingly quiet and NOT smelly. We will 100% rent the same house on our next visit.“

„It's a lovely historic home. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. They are both upstairs, with no half bath down, which was fine for us but might be a problem for others. It was a lovely 20 minute walk into town. Cobwebs along the ceilings and spiders in most room corners made us wonder if anyone had stayed in it for a while. Other than that it was clean.“

„This home is beautiful and perfect size for our family of 7. One was a one year old. Plenty of room for her to play. Views of ocean from bedroom windows. Great location. We walked to the beach and into the town of Rockport. Also took many walks along the rocky shore. Atlantic Vacation Homes very responsive and easy check in and check out. Would stay there again. “
