„The hotel is a bit older but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Good value for the price!“

„Frustrating check in. Noted disorientation regarding a ready room and when a room was assigned it was occupied. The person apparently went into the wrong room and it created more frustration finding another ready room. It was worked out however when I expressed concern that our credit card which was initially connected to the first room assigned could be charged the manager was rude in her response which I felt was inappropriate. I didn’t think my concern was unreasonable. “

„It was under construction at the time, so everything was an absolute mess. It looked like a garbage dump outside and the lobby was nonexistent. BUT - my room was brand new and perfectly clean. Very nice and comfortable. I’m sure it will be 5 stars when they are done with construction. “
