„Das Presidente ist ein hervorragendes Hotel das zum Glück nicht auf All Inclusive setzt wie sonst so viele in Cozumel. Gute Lage, eigene Strände, vor denen man fantastische Meerestiere sieht beim Schnorcheln, gute Restaurants, tolle Zimmer, und sehr nettes Personal - für uns eines der besten Hotels in Mexiko. „Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen, und das Haus ist ein versteckter Schatz. Von außen ganz unscheinbar, entpuppt es sich innen als total gemütlich und einladend. Es gibt nur sieben Appartments, und einen Patio mit Grillecke. Sogar ein kleiner Pool steht zur Verfügung, und alles ist sehr gepflegt. „Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. “

„Sehr hellhörig, grundsätzliche ok. Hatten die suite, Personal ist eher mäßig freundliche gewesen, saubekeit war ebenfalls i.o wenn man nicht zu genau hingesehen hat. Störend, das man gezwungen wird zu konsumieren von der ansässigen bar wenn man die liegen benutzen möchte. Bei 187 euro die nacht, nicht angemessen. Ansonsten gute lage. Zu Fuß schnell alles erreichbar. “

„Auf den Fotos sieht man einen grossen Pool. Passen Sie auf, dieses Hotel hat keinen Pool! Er sei auf dem Nachbar-Gebäude, da wird aber umgebaut. Wir haben dem Besitzer gesagt, dass wir in ein anderes Hotel gehen. Eine Nacht haben wir bezahlt, obwohl wir nicht da geschlafen haben. Aber das war in Ordnung für uns.
