The location is convenient and the water in front - despite the water traffic - is clean, beautiful and full of fish. The facilities are great, but unfortunately the noise of the cooling and other systems from the restaurant really disturbed the beautiful view sitting on the balcony. „occidental - nie mehr. maximal 3 sternehotel. keine ahnung warum die 5 sterne haben. bereits beim check in sehr unfreundliches personal. haben unterkunft gebucht für 3 erwachsene (doppelzimmer mit 2 doppelbetten) und ein zimmer erhalten mit nur einem doppelbett. das hotel gab an, dass die zimmer welche man bucht nicht garantiert sind und sie aktuell kein anderes zimmer hätten. 5 sternehotel gebucht - eine person musste dann auf einem kinderklappbett schlafen ! wiederholten reklamationen ...

„Das Presidente ist ein hervorragendes Hotel das zum Glück nicht auf All Inclusive setzt wie sonst so viele in Cozumel. Gute Lage, eigene Strände, vor denen man fantastische Meerestiere sieht beim Schnorcheln, gute Restaurants, tolle Zimmer, und sehr nettes Personal - für uns eines der besten Hotels in Mexiko. Ca 100 Mxn kostet die Taxifahrt ins Zentrum.“
