„Property staff was very attentive & urgent when it came to our needs. Property was mostly quiet & relatively close to great restaurants.“

„The main lobby and pools were clean and in good condition; the staff was available and very friendly and attentive. Our room had a great view but a dirty balcony, molded curtains and was not the cleanest. Our room was cleaned around 2-3 pm every day which was an interruption at times. We would return to the area but not the hotel.“

„Beautiful hotel right on a beautiful stretch of beach located within walkable distance to restaurants and close driving distance to Old San Juan. The staff was warm and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and places to see. My only concern was that the room was unusually small, but the overall services and hospitality of the staff made up for it. Would definitely stay again.“

„Kein Stuhl im Zimmer. Vergrgrößerungsspiegel im Bad ohne Stromanschluss. Gehört an die Wand, nicht auf den Waschtisch. Leider typisch amerikanisches Bettzeug. Kein Cover für Federbett , sondern nur einzelne Laken! Jeden Tag Chaos im Bett, außer man bewegt sich überhaupt nicht. Matratzen sehr gut.“

„There is a bit of a musty smell on some of the floors (noticed on floor 2& 3), lobby was beautiful, bathrooms nicely updated. Resort fees should be included up front in cost of room- were extra $45 USD/day. Hotel is directly across the street from airport runway, planes were quite loud when at pool. In rooms, much less plane noise (as double patio doors) but good idea to bring ear plugs. Beach was beautiful, pool nice and warm.“
