„I had wonderful experience at Civitas Hotel Kigali, Rwanda. It is in a great location with a lot of fun activities going on. The hotel is clean and the food is great. Breakfast seems set but quite good. The staff is very nice and the general location, like much of Kigali in general, is safe and pleasant.“

„This trip has been fantastic. The location was good and the neighbourhood very calm. The appartment was well furnished but unfortunately isn't possible to cook even there's a kitchen (no hob or oven only microwave). The team needs to be a bit more welcome and friendly. I found them a bit cold. This price is worthy “

„Very nice, clean place, close to good restaurants.“

„The property is very spacious. My kids and I loved how we all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. We also loved how we could cook meals in the kitchen. One complaint is that the tv is useless. It’s entirely in Chinese and you can’t alter the language, location, or access any local live tv or useful apps. The only thing that worked was YouTube. They need to fix this! The washer was also in Chinese and difficult to navigate the settings. “
