„Es gab kein Frühstück, obwohl ich mit Frühstück gebucht habe und es auch angeboten war. Die Rezeption war sehr gut, doch das war´s auch. Im ersten Zimmer lief ständig die Toilletenspülung und es roch ziemlich muffig. Ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer, das soweit in Ordnung war. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.“

„We decided to stay at this property for a trip into Kansas City. It was a bit further into the city then we thought (about 35 to 45 mins to about anywhere) but it worked out. The property was clean along with the rooms. We did feel safe staying there (three girls staying for a weekend). There was onsite parking which was nice. They also had an outside seating area with a firepit. “

„The hotel was excellent, very clean and spacious. Seemed brand new. Rooms were big and everything worked. Pool and gym we're clean and nice. Really happy with our stay. Historisches Hotel in zentraler Lage
"Das Hotel aus den 1930er Jahren ist sehr schön im Art Deco Stil gestaltet. Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit der kostenlosen Metro, die ebenfalls nur 100 m entfernt ist, zu erreichen. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber etwas abgewohnt. Die Klimaanlagen sind sehr veraltet, lassen sich nicht abstellen und rauschen rund um die Uhr wie ein Wasserfall. Der Service an der Rezeption, die teilweise noch nicht einmal besetzt war, war zum Teil unerträglich. Sowohl unfreundlich als auch unprofessionell. (Mit Ausnahme einzelner Mitarbeiter tagsüber)."
