„Ich verbrachte eine Woche in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war recht klein für arabische Verhältnisse und die Klimaanlage war zu laut und zu zugig. Ansonsten entspricht das Zimmer genau dem, was man von einer Kette wie Novotel erwartet, nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet und das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielseitig.“

„Th Hotel location is centralized within Riyadh but it it also very fast to reach the Airport. The baddest thing is that the highway is direct in the opposite of one side of the hotel and disturbs you whole time as the noise is to hear through the windows.“

„Stayed in room 307 (Royal Suite) but you don’t get what you expect by the name. Window blinds - can’t open, bed is defect but ok if you’re solo, TV in bedroom not working. Gym bike missing pedals, one of the treadmills is run through… Overall the hotel needs an overhaul. On the positive side: people are friendly and the breakfast is satisfying. “

Unfortunately lacking customer understanding

"Made a mistake and reserved the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh instead of Jeddah. I arrived only 2 min later at the reception in Jeddah - they contacted the Riyadh hotel, but they showed zero support or flexibility. No cancellation possible. I asked if I could at least change the date and come another time - they also refused. I would have expected a more customer friendly approach from the Ritz-Carlton."
