„Very new Hotel. I booked the executive studio, so the room was big and plenty comfortable. It's connected to the Grand Batam mall just next door and I don't need to walk outside to access the mall, which is very convenient. The only bad thing was that noise isolation from outside is poor. I could hear car noises form the outside. And for some reason they are doing some kind of remodeling/construction either upstairs or downstairs on a Saturday. „Die Unterkunft war nicht zu beanstanden. Allerdings gab es ausser vorgegebenen Touren keine Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen auf eigene Faust. “

„We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english“

„Die Unterkunft ist schön, der Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer (je nach Zimmerkategorie) lädt zwischendurch zum abkühlen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants. Leider hört man von verschiedenen Unterhaltungsbetrieben um das Hotel bis 12 Uhr Nachts Musik.“

„Sehr schöne Poolvilla mit eigenem Pool. Grosse Zimmer, Schlafzimmer klimatisiert, im Aussenbereich Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Couchgarnitur. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Reinigung und Betten machen nur auf Anfrage. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich. Auswahl aus Eierspeisen oder gebratene Nudeln oder Reis. Gleich nebenan gibt es eine Baustelle auf der den ganzen Tag bis spät in die Nacht gearbeitet wird. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurden wir umquartiert.“

„We stayed at KPMT for 7 nights - we loved it! The kelong room was beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable - we especially loved having two private decks with sunrise and sunset experiences. From Day 1 we were made to feel welcome when Tony the resort manager introduced himself and gave us useful tips for our stay. „First time at tis location. I will def stay here again next trip. It is so near to the ferry terminal, indeed walking distance a few minutes away. Room is clean and nice. Instructions were simple and clear. At ground level, there is a 24hr mini mart. Can also enjoy the cooling sea breeze. Awesome stay thank u!“

„Bathroom ( 2) very bad, old and need renovation. No kitchen tools since this one was an apartment with kitchen, if you make food you need to yse your hand. Furniture, sofa, old and in very bad condition. Not recomanded“

„The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. “

„I am having event at Aston hotel. This unit is exactly at Aston but cheaper. So it is convenient for me. Room is comfy, bed is great. Owner or CD is responsive. Only owner didn't provide free room makeup service. You will be charge Rp 200k for room makeup or house keeping. Also unit location is near to Masjid where you will be disturbed by sholat prayer time loudspeaker at midnight. „The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. “

„Relaxing stay with attentive service. The resort grounds are lovely and new, and facilities are well spread out. Food quality was ok given the price and the prices of treatments at the spa (at the neighbouring Holiday Inn) were very affordable. The only downsides were the smell (liken to wet dog smell) that greeted us when we first entered our garden pool suite. "Es gab ein Upgrade , weil wir länger als 9 Tage da waren. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Der Pool und der Garten waren herrlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr reichlich. Es gab indonesisches und auch europäisches Frühstück. Auch wurden Wünsche berücksichtigt. Das ganze Personal vom Kellner bis zum Gärtner oder auch das houskeeping waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung wäre oder ob wir einen anderen Wunsch hätten. Am Pool wurden manchmal kostenlos frische Säfte verteilt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen."
