„Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. „Im Restaurant und in der Bar sind die Angestellten sehr bemüht und freundlich. Man fühlt sich als Gast immer sehr willkommen. Für den Zimmerservice im Apartment kann man das nicht sagen. Weder wurden leere Shampoos nachgefüllt, noch wurde nicht mal alle zwei bis drei Tage der Boden gewischt. Ein Tuch lag während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts auf dem Nachttisch und wurde einfach nicht weggeräumt.“

„The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel. Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many. View from the pool is amazing.“

„Overall everything was good n up to my expectations however I was disappointed that there were no hand towels and floor mat and non- slip bath mat. The toilet paper was also lacking-only half a roll in each toilet which was not sufficient for 4 people“
