„The villa has a great view of the lake and is extremely quiet. It’s secluded but still close to the main road and we felt like it was a safe area The directions provided by the owner are good but it is hard to find at night. The furniture, bedding and amenities are pretty old but we were not expecting 5 star. We loved Nuevo Arenal compared to the very touristy La Fortuna but there are of course more activities there. Overall very happy with the villa“

„This house was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, it felt like visiting a favorite aunt’s home—warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean. „Diego personally greeted us when we arrived, showed us around the house, introduced us to one of the cats on the larger property (super friendly), and answered all our questions. Throughout our stay he was incredibly friendly, personable, and punctual (it helps that he lives in another house on the property).The view from the property is gorgeous and the nearby town has great restaurants as well as a gas station. „This was our first trip to Costa Rica and so happy with the home! The views were amazing, the hot tub perfect for those cool mornings and after the long hikes and did I mention the views? The house was great for three couples! The BBQ for perfect for the wonderful food we found the town of Nuevo Arenal had everything we needed within five minutes of the house! As in the description told: No AC but not necessary, it's cool during night time. Everything like in the description except the pool. Any private pool available. „The house is so cute and cozy! It has everything that you may need for your stay. From the kitchen to the different rooms, everything is set. It is private and the lake was indeed in front. It was clean and the communication with the owner was very easy. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, that is absolutely your place. We got rainy days which made it hard to enjoy the lake. It was also far from activities so anywhere we wanted to go took us at least an hour and a half. “

Spontane Night Tour mit dem Besitzer durch sein Anwesen mit Sichtung von typischen Fröschen. Herzhaftes Frühstück und freundliche Kommunikation, wir fühlten uns willkommen. Lage mitten in natürlicher Umgebung, einzig die Zufahrt über holprige Strasse war nicht optional … aber den Umständen entsprechend alles besser als erwartet, absolut empfehlenswert. “

The owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The cabins are cozy, clean, airy, and they even have screens on their windows and sliding glass door.
