„The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense ...

„Our second time here - we love the people and the property. Was a little loud at night this time - but we were in a different building and closer to the entertainment. Not a big deal for us, but I know there are other more quiet buildings, our new area though was so convenient that a little noise at night was fine and we would stay in the same room again.
