„Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok.“

„Einfach super! Tolle Lage direkt am Meer. In 100 Meter ist man zu den Korallen geschnorchelt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gemütlich und großzügig eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit!“

„Free breakfast which was very good. Dinner and drinks by the pool were reasonable prices and also very good, not a big food selection. There are lot of restaurants within walking distant. The staff is very nice and will arrange any kinds of activity you want to do or a driver. I would definitely stay here again.“

„We had the best time. The room was large spacious and very comfortable. The shower was huge! Every morning and evening the Scarlett Macaws would fly around. The hotel is up on the hill with the beach club about a 1/4 mile below. They provide transportation to and from and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes or so. „Ein tolles Hotel, super Personal immer freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht den Gast zufrieden zustellen. Danke an Eduardo, Javier, Benny, Omar, Kenneth, Ronald, Jason, Valentina, Amanda ( wir hoffen wir haben Niemanden vergessen ) Der einzige Nachteil des neuen Hotels ist die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes. „Although it was just off of the water we were steps from the beach. Property is beautiful. 2/2 condos with full kitchens and large balconies. On property pool was fantastic with a swim up bar. Highly recommend!!“

„Very nice place. Limited amenities in the room but expected due to the price. Unit had a full kitchen with some utencils included. Clean and in good condition. Well worth the cost. Excellent location. Would be nice if they had a staffed office but for questions but understand why they dont. Definitely would stay here again.“
