„We had a wonderful weekend visiting the Dove's Nest. Everything was organized, clean, and so easy. From communication with Janie to a fully stocked kitchen and the comfort of the home. It rained and snowed while we were there, but we took so much rest and solace in lounging around the house and enjoying the view out of the front porch. It was truly a relaxing weekend away and we will be better parents for all the thought and kind gestures of the hosts. Excellent stay, no notes! “

„Wir hatten nach unseren Aufenthalt in New York City den Aufenthalt hier gebucht um nach der Großstadt ein paar Tage in der Ruhe der Natur zu genießen. Es war fantastisch, das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Umgebung ist idyllisch und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.“

The power lines are close to the cabin and they produce a noise. Great location near Cacapot Park and Sleepy Creek Lake.“

„We had the perfect relaxing getaway. The fireplace was amazing, kitchen had everything you need and the view from the deck was great for watching the eagles. There is plenty of room to spread out. A highlight for us was the steam shower!!! We will be back.“

„I had such a great time staying at this cabin! The host was super communicative and made everything really easy. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The best part was how close it was to the water—just a short walk away! There are communal tubes for tubing nearby. We relaxed on the spacious viewing deck with amazing views all around.This cabin was the perfect spot to unwind and have some fun. I’ll definitely be back!“

„Rocky Gap was a beautiful resort and lots to explore in the area. The only disappointment was that if I would have known the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance and the Sports Bar restraunt closed I would have booked different dates when they were open. I currently have dietary restrictions and the menu at the closed restraunt had better choices for me. I was looking forward to pool and hot tub for a winter break from work. “

"Die Unterkunft versprüht 80-er Jahre Charme. Wenn man sich bei google-earth nicht die Lage anschaut vermitteln die Bilder als ob das Hotel etwas im Wald liegt. Dem ist nicht so. Es liegt auf der Spitze von 2 Hauptstrassen. Lärm ist aber noch ok."
