„This place is massive. The staff are very helpful. This property is still recovering from the last hurricane. It is a little pricey and many things need fixing, (had issues with elevators not working, lack of hot water in shower, parking scanners, and some restaurants are still down). But all in all good place for families. I do wish they would just charge for parking and stop this scanning system they have. „The hotel is all right. Pitty they do not offer any breakfast at the hotel. There is a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini oven close to the reception so you can prepare your own meals and have coffee but nothing to boil water. The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though.“

„Was wonderful the whole trip la casita village. The Staff was amazing from the ferry, water park, female bar tender from palomino, young guy from from the bar upstairs, restaurants my oldest daughter enjoy her birthday stay. The little village jacuzzi was not working so we have to go at conquistador jacuzzi that was always packed with children with out parents supervision need staff to supervise this areas. „Beautiful view of the ocean. Loved the pool. Very close walk to Fortuna beach. Loved the scent of the bodywash that was provided. We would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly, but only a few spoke English. Parking lot across the hotel was full at times and we had to park at a secondary lot that was not well lit. “

„The room caught us by surprise, it was all cement finished walls throughout. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was updated. We had a small balcony, it was perfect. There was no TV in the room, which was great because we were there to enjoy the scenery not to watch TV. It had a 24 hour access to the rooftop area with a 6 person jacuzzi.
