„L'hôtel et neuve et il reste beaucoup de retouche à faire dans les chambres,le personnelle ne parle pas l'anglais ,ne son pas former pour l'emploi qu'il ont à faire de la réception au ménage.Je ne comprend pas que expédia es acepté cette hotel.Le gérant de l'hôtel parle anglai.“

„For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). We would love to come back to the and ...

„Nice view and quieter location as it's just out of town but a steep walk to all restaurants etc“

„Wir waren im Dezember hier. Im Hotelzimmer war es sehr kalt, da auch keine Heizung vorhanden ist. Aufgrund der Bauart und des Klimas kam es im Bad und auch im Zimmer zu Schimmelbildung. Für die Baustelle direkt nebenan kann das Hotel nichts, in ganz Sapa wird gebaut. Frühstück war okay. Wir würden das Hotel nicht erneut buchen und können es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.“

„Watch out when booking this complex as they give you a room in their 2nd complex behind the front one so no view etc. Quite deceiving. The pool is a waste of time, no where to put your towel, no atmosphere & very cold. Would not waste my time staying out of the centre to stay here when better options for much cheaper.“
