„We were in Sapa at winter time and there was no isolation at all in our room, so we were frozen. The humidity is a big problem too. Hopefully there was a electric blanket which save our lifes as there was no heater. Otherwise the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the staff was not really helpful and serious. Most of the time nobody was at the reception. It's 10 minutes walk from the center, but We found a place much better and comfortable in the center for few dollars ...

„L'hôtel et neuve et il reste beaucoup de retouche à faire dans les chambres,le personnelle ne parle pas l'anglais ,ne son pas former pour l'emploi qu'il ont à faire de la réception au ménage.Je ne comprend pas que expédia es acepté cette hotel.Le gérant de l'hôtel parle anglai.“

„Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance.“

„For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!).
