„In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einem nicht vorhandenen Top-Hotel Anspruch! Zimmer Ok aber nicht mehr! Zu beginn sehr aggressives marketing mit Angeboten für eine Club Mitgliedschaft! Fehlende Wartung an Aufzügen und Sanitären Anlagen. Mehrer Tage keine Papier Handtücher auf den Toiletten am Pool. Drei Tage keinen Kamillentee beim Frühstück, aber im Coco Caffee vorhanden. Zusammenfassend: ganz OK, aber nicht mehr! “

„Resort was amazing. Lazy River and pool setup super fun and the kids loved it. Food options excellent. Very impressed by rooms as well. Room service a bit annoying as they would come 3-4x per day and even knock at 9pm to offer room service when we were trying to get our kids down. Rather than respond “please put your “do not disturb” then”, I recommend dialing back to 1-2x daily only during the day. Also, room service nice but repeatedly forgot items, though prompt to fix and come back up. ...

„Excellent property. Didn't care for the timeshare presentation or pushiness of the salespeople, but the resort was 10/10 otherwise. Absolutely lovely room and the views are to die for. Would come back again for sure.“

„Beautiful and safe. Very nice staff. Mexican food on one night only is terrible. We come to mexico for mexican food. Buffets for non inclusive guests are ridiculously priced. The food was good in other venues. No reason to leave resort.“

„My wife and I enjoyed a weekend away at Solaz. The service was impeccable, the views breath taking, the food excellent and the room was inviting and comfortable. We took a whale tour while in Cabo, but I believe we had better whale watching views from our Ocean View balcony at the resort. There really is no need to leave the resort once you arrive. They really have thought about every detail.“
