„Liked the relaxing hotel environment with well-maintained pools and easy access to food services. The Italian food was dry and overcooked. Would like to have had access to whole-grain cereals. Had over 20 cockroaches in the room one morning that apparently entered the bathroom through a defective toilet seal -- it was fixed. Found water on about 40 sq. ft. of the bedroom floor on that morning that came from the bathroom. Lost the opportunity to go on a prepaid excursion on that morning.“

„In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einem nicht vorhandenen Top-Hotel Anspruch! Zimmer Ok aber nicht mehr! Zu beginn sehr aggressives marketing mit Angeboten für eine Club Mitgliedschaft! Fehlende Wartung an Aufzügen und Sanitären Anlagen. Mehrer Tage keine Papier Handtücher auf den Toiletten am Pool. Drei Tage keinen Kamillentee beim Frühstück, aber im Coco Caffee vorhanden. Zusammenfassend: ganz OK, aber nicht mehr! “

The hotel refused to reimbursed us for our one night when the delay was no fault of ours. We booked our trip through Expedia & our bill indicated we had to pay $1.99US per night, per accommodation at the hotel, yet the front desk clerk charged us per person. „We had a delightful time and the Hacienda was very nice. The pictures depicted a larger living area than it actually was but still plenty of room for 8 persons. A lot of emphasis was placed on someone meeting us at the Hacienda or at least checking on us and that did not happen but when I phoned our guest representative, Henry, to inquire about the internet problem we had, we found that he did not live in Cabo, but he was good to call on others in the company for repairs in a timely manner.
