„Great staff, very clean and lots of space to lounge around several pools and beach areas. Good variety of entertainment each night and good food. Dinner options were a little limited: one restaurant was not included in the all inclusive (extra $140pp), another restaurant was only open on two days (both of which we were not there), and of the three restaurants left, ate at two the first two nights and the last one had no reservations left the third night. „In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einem nicht vorhandenen Top-Hotel Anspruch! Zimmer Ok aber nicht mehr! Zu beginn sehr aggressives marketing mit Angeboten für eine Club Mitgliedschaft! Fehlende Wartung an Aufzügen und Sanitären Anlagen. Mehrer Tage keine Papier Handtücher auf den Toiletten am Pool. Drei Tage keinen Kamillentee beim Frühstück, aber im Coco Caffee vorhanden. Zusammenfassend: ganz OK, aber nicht mehr! “
