„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„Generally this is a perfectly located and very affordable place to stay. We stayed in room #1 which was spacious. I don't dare to complain due to the great affordability. People should be aware tho that they can't expect a 5 star hotel at this price. The building is not new and the room finishings, floors etc. are definitley worn. „La Concha had everything we needed- beach right in front with chairs and umbrellas, bars and bathrooms. You also had the restaurant for food. The pools were all very nice and staff was amazing. The bars were all very nice and the daily mixology class was fun. The location made it great to walk to restaurants and bars all around us. The casino was also fun.
