„The best thing about this property is the staff! They were so nice and so accommodating. The room itself was fine. We thought we may have more access to the outside from our room, but the view was at least nice. If you want an umbrella at the pool, go put a towel down early. There were only 3.“

„This was a great place to stay! The staff was excellent and the property was very large and beautiful. Only minor complaints are that we had no hot water our whole stay, the pool was chilly (even at night), and that the food and drinks are pricey-but we had an idea that it would be considering it is a resort. Puerto Rico is AMAZING! Definitely plan to come back and wouldn’t mind staying here again! :)“

„Great lobby with regular entertainment. Pool was nice but a bit small and shaded a lot this time of year. Nice beach but short if your into long walks. We had rough water during our stay so was difficult to enjoy the ocean. A half mile west there is a nice public beach if you want ocean time. “

„Our stay from check-in to check-out was amazing. The employees outside are welcoming and the staff at the front desk greet you with a smile. Rooms are cleaned daily and they provide amenities such as makeup removers and mouthwash. The bar has delicious drinks and the service at the pool and beach is superb. We were lucky to experience a concert in the lobby where guests were dancing and singing together. We were sad to leave but the cookie from La Concha made it a little better. We cannot wait ...

„The location of the hotel was pretty good and it was close to many good restaurants and the beach. However, the rooms were surprisingly dirty and both beds in my room had blood stains and signs of bedbugs on the blankets and mattresses. After asking them to clean it up and change the blankets, they simply just flipped the blanket upside down thinking it would no longer be noticed. We ended up sleeping without the blankets at all as they were too disgusting to use. There was also a lot of ...
