„A public beach is about 30 seconds from the front door. The apartment has a view of the beach (and ocean). The sound of the waves are audible at night.This location is not next to the big fancy hotels and resorts. The building is next to a gated, residential neighborhood. I have no idea why the gates are there. I saw no evidence of criminal activity. The area is generally upscale. We generally walked everywhere. „This was the perfect location for our family. The balcony was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or teenagers who wanted some privacy to sit outside in the evening. The pool and hot tub area felt private and never crowded. Beaches are just a short walk away. The park is perfect for a walk that includes some shade. For a longer walk, we enjoyed crossing the bridge to Condado as well as passing through the government district on the way to San Juan. Ubers are also easily accessible and pick up at ...

„The location of the property is excellent. It is only a couple minute walk to the beach. The complex is gated and monitored so very secure. The only caveat is there is only one entrance by car and it is on santa ana street with a security gate. The pedestrian exits are open 6am-6pm only so know that as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby and kasalta bakery is a must eat at place. Theres even a walgreens within walking diatance so very convienant location. The host Chris' communication is fast ...

„First time in Puerto Rico and first time staying on an "urban beach". The beach was beautiful and much less crowded on our end than in front of the Fairmont and Royal Sonesta. The condo was next door to the public access though so there were a lot of local groups partying late into the evening on the holiday weekend.
