„Great place and the price affordable. Breakfast was excellent. There are two negatives though: One is that the place heavily focuses on Chinese customers, asking you to take breakfast after them in groups. Some signs are written only in Chinese, not even Korean nor English. Second one is that they renovate corridor and rooms with dust and noise while we stay on the same floor. It is not a good manner without respect to the guests. “

„Gutes 4 Sterne Hotel, etwas abgelegen von den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Aber mit der Metro ist kommt man überall hin und das ziemlich schnell und unschlagbar günstig. Die nächste Station ist nur 7 Minuten entfernt. Der nächste GS25 Store direkt hinterm Haus. Es gibt eine RoofTopBar mit großer Terrasse, leider geschlossen. Aber wenn man sein eigenes Bier im GS25 kauft, kann man hier prima den Abend ausklingen lassen. “

„Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. It’s located in the business district so not the most walkable location, but there’s bus and subway nearby to take you elsewhere. Apparently there’s often loud but orderly demonstrations just outside the hotel due to its location next to the National Assembly. " In Rezensionen suchen Trang Küffen 5/5 vor 1 Tag auf Google **A Perfect Stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul!** I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The room was a comfortable size for one person, though it might feel a bit tight for two people with luggage. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly, greeting me every time I passed by, which made me feel very welcomed. Although I didn’t use any of the hotel’s services during my stay, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff left a lasting impression. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Myeongdong, which is so convenient for shopping and exploring. The subway (Line 1) and bus stops are right around the corner, making transportation very easy. On check-out, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. A helpful male staff member, along with two other workers, assisted me in finding my taxi driver and helped load my luggage into the car. This thoughtful gesture really made my departure smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great place to stay, offering excellent service and a fantastic location!"

Nice and quiet room

"Entered the hotel at around 14:00 hrs and was immediately guided to the reception desk and was told that checkin is only at 15:00 hrs. And I could leave my suitcase there. I noticed other guest who could get into their room already at that time. But okay. I left and came back after 15:00 hrs and could do the checkin. Room on 16th floor. Nice large room and bathroom with that wooden bathtub (which I didn’t use). Breakfast - I slightly expected more options for a hotel of this size and for the paid price. But overall it was okay. Nice hotel, I recommend this hotel for a few nights in Seoul. Thank you"

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in fantastischem Hotel.

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang, unkompliziertes Check-in (nach Nachtflug früher möglich), sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer, perfekter Service. Zentrale Lage. Alles in allem wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wechsel der Frottee-Wäsche mehrmals pro Tag (nach einmaligem Gebrauch) ist für uns (umweltbewusste Schweizer) ungewohnt. Es gibt aber sicher Hotelgäste, die genau das erwarten…"

"If you book the room on the river side you will have the "wow-effect" you are looking for. Even from the Lobby the view is stunning. The personal do everything for you, nothing to complain about. Of course in such an hotel where the demand is high with so many rooms it could be crowded and sometimes unpleasant during the breakfast time and at the pool, but this is how it is, they do there best to satisfy the client and this is also why people are going there. The Room-Service was very efficient and pleasant, the pool service and the Concierge too. Great job to all the staff. "
