„This hotel was one of the most affordable in Taos the night I stayed, so I really wasn’t expecting much. Upon check-in, the front desk staff informed me she had “upgraded” my room at no charge. The room was beyond awesome, the size of a full apartment, with a small kitchen, patio, living room area, fireplace, murphy bed, huge comfortable california king size bed, beautifully handcrafted furniture and beautiful natural wood details on the ceiling and throughout the room. „This was once a nice place. Owner is a cheapskate, won't spend money on necessary repairs. The staff is as helpful as they can be given the circumstances. Office is not manned at night, if you have a problem yer out of luck. Linens are threadbare. None of the services advertised online are available.“
