„We loved the east end of Sanibel and this place was just right. Great communication and cute little place in a great spot. We loved Wikies and all shops just a three minute walk away, as well as how quiet the area was. Lighthouse beach was easy, especially with the bikes. Buy/bring bug spray for calm wind days but overall it was wonderful. “

„Nice, clean spacious and very well equipped flat. It’s lovely that the owner provides for beach towels especially as we came by plane. The owner is very helpful, sympathetic and gives you a lot of information about Sanibel. The pool is big and beach access to the long beautiful beach is definitely a bonus. We’ll recommend the flat to Swiss friends for sure. We had a great time.“

„My wife and I came down for a last minute trip to escape the tough winter weather in Upstate New York. A welcome respite. The place is great for 2 people-overlooking the beach and pool. Could be a little tight if you had more people. Clean, updated and easy walking distance to town. Captiva is still in a rebuilding mode after the two hurricanes last fall but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Spent most of our time at the pool or walking the beach. “

„Breakers West A-6 is a spectacular condo with every amenity you can imagine. Immaculate inside and out. Screened in porch is perfect for evening dinners. Loved the location and walked the beach(shelling) every day. The pool was crystal clear and perfect temperature too. Just can't beat watching the sunrise and sunset in the gulf.“

„ The complex is in a great location just steps from the beach. The beach here is plentiful, beautiful and not at all crowded. We did not like the lagoon running through the center of the complex. It is murky unattractive and lends a dank smell to the area. Pool is great. Beach equipment was as described. There are bar b q grills on the premises that we did not use.
