„We stayed 6 nights over our teenage sons Spring Break. It was nice to be surrounded by so many families and to see Sanibel coming back to life. The condo had very comfortable beds, pillows and sofa. Cute decor. Nice kitchen to cook a few meals in. We'd go back again!“

„Very Cozy and very nice furnishings. Rather than a small welcoming packet that gets you through a few days, owner provide pretty much everything needed for my month-long stay. Since elevator wasn't working, hostess also provided help with luggage...which is a big help for 4th floor unit. “

„The property is quite nice. It is a little dated, and could use a deep clean, but overall it was more than satisfactory for a very reasonable price. My sisters and I used to vacation in Sanibel when we were younger, and we decided to return to celebrate a "bachelorette" for one of them. We are not partiers, so we were interested in the beach and shopping available on the island. The proximity to the beach is fabulous, and the property is on the south side of the island so you get BOTH sunsets ...

„Our second year in Compass Point 232. Location was great - we could walk 2 miles to the lighthouse in the morning and then enjoy the day on the beach. The locker was well supplied with chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Condo was great too. Susan was easy to work with as a host.“

„ The complex is in a great location just steps from the beach. The beach here is plentiful, beautiful and not at all crowded. We did not like the lagoon running through the center of the complex. It is murky unattractive and lends a dank smell to the area. Pool is great. Beach equipment was as described. There are bar b q grills on the premises that we did not use.
