„Jim’s charming cottage checked all the boxes. Bike ride or walk to Seaside. Same for the beach! We rode the accessible bikes to the tennis center several days during our stay. Large TV in the bedroom, comfy bed, and good space for two. Pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again! “

„We wanted a few days away to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Loved the carriage house - beautifully decorated and just the right size for us. The area is lovely for walking and the golf cart is fun for trips to supermarket. Our only disappointment was when we found one of the bikes had a flat tire having planned a day of cycling. Joey was very quick to respond to any issues just unfortunate that the bike couldn’t be repaired before we had to leave. Would definitely come back“

„We had a wonderful stay at this carriage house. It was steps away from camp watercolor and short drive or scenic walk to the beach. My kids had a blast at the different pools at the beach club and the beach was gorgeous. Hope to return again to this special community. “
