„This stay was AMAZING to say the least. I was meet by the cleaning staff who explained how everything worked and where any cleaning supplies would be if I where to need them. Pointed out any Grocery stores and Supermarkets incase I needed to go food shopping as well.The apartment is a 10-15min drive to the city so you are close enough to see the sights but removed enough that you can actually get some rest (when you can). „This apartment is accurately depicted in the listing: it is comfortably furnished and a good size for a group of two or three (I was there with a friend). It is off the direct beach area, so probably quieter at night than places right on the water, but really easy to get to various restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Check in was easy and everything in the apartment worked well. It was really nice to have access to a gym.“

„This house was stylish and clean. The Location is perfect literally 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Airport Las Americas. The house had everything I needed . Comfortable bed and the place is safe. I highly recommend this house to others.“

„It’s a very nice and quiet place, my only problem after my second day there was no water , I have to buy gallons of water to use the bathroom and I had to take shower at my friend house . I think if they fix that issue, you won’t have any problems with this place .“

„Overall we would not recommend this place for anyone to stay. Nice view but nothing else. We didn’t have AC for multiple days of our stay, it was 80 and 70% humidity! When the AC was out so was the power for the whole apartment. It is normal for the power to cut off in this country but it took hours for our host to get it back on when everywhere else did it in a matter of minutes. All the food we bought went bad because of lack of refrigeration. We couldn’t charge anything, or turn on any ...

„We enjoyed our stay and were taken care of with each request. Chalton and the Tropicasa team were awesome and made us feel at home. We enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach and the local shops and supermarkets. It is a great place for families and to relax.“

"El personal brinda un excelente servicio. El hotel está en excelentes condiciones. El desayuno es muy completo sin ser extraordinario. Los alrededores del hotel están muy sucios y se notan inseguros para el turista, sobretodo por la noche. La ubicación respecto al aeropuerto es, sin embargo, inmejorable para quedarse allí la noche anterior a un vuelo. Muy recomendable para esos casos."

"Die Dame beim Einchecken, fand ich „bossy“. Gebucht mit Blick auf die Stadt, empfunden das Hinterste Zimmer, wo man gerade noch die Stadt erahnen kann. (pers. Anmerkung: das Hotel war absolut leer, kundenorientiert/proaktiv wäre gewesen, mir ein höhererwertiges Zimmer zu geben und zu sagen „das ist höherwertig, aber vielleicht nehmen Sie es nächstes Mal) Toilette /Wasserspülung arretiert nicht richtig und Wasser lief permanent. Wasserdruck: nicht zum Haarewaschen. Terassenboden: ich empfand ihn als schmutzig, soll aber angeblich täglich gefegt werden Putzfrau Olga: SUPER, ein Highlight. Ich ließ viele Münzen auf dem Tisch liegen, offensichtlich unordentlich - es fehlte NICHT eine!!! Sie alleine ist der Grund für 4 Sterne bei Personal&Service"
