"Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Resort. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich (auch ohne Trinkgeld) und hilfsbereit. Wir haben in verschiedenen Restaurants gegessen. Einzig beim Italiener war das Essen für uns als Europäer nicht wirklich top. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Resort allen die auf der Suche nach Erholung/Ruhe und sorglosen Ferien sind nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen."

"Zum Dritten mal in einem Majestic-Hotel. Hat uns besser gefallen als Mirage! Fast überall sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal, leckeres Essen, gute Drinks. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber, alles hat funktioniert, gross, sehr bequemes Bett. Hotel war ausgebucht, trotzdem findet man immer eine ruhige Ecke (trotz einiger sehr lauten, oft Betrunkenen) … Strand und Meer wunderschön, etwas wenig Bali-Betten am Strand, aber das Hotel war ja auch vollständig ausgebucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Ein sehr schönes Hotelresort. Schon der Empfang lies uns den langen Flug vergessen, die Freundlichkeit und gute Laune steckt vom ersten Moment an. Wir wohnten in einer Junior Suite Ocean View, geräumig mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Zum Strand hatten wir nur wenige Meter, ebenso zum Pool und zur Poolbar „Sol“. Das Frühstück nahmen wir fast immer im Haupthaus ein, wo mehrere Buffets mit riesiger Auswahl vorhanden waren. Besonders haben es uns die frisch zu bereiteten Omelettes angetan, mit Zutaten nach eigener Auswahl. Dann ging es ab zum Strand, wo wir mit Cocktails, Mineralwasser und auch mit „Dominican Water“ verwöhnt wurden. Grüße und Dank an das Team der Bar „Sol“. Manche Gäste bestellten sich auch Pizza oder Burger, das war uns nach dem ausgiebigen Frühstück aber doch zu viel. Der Strand ist Tag und Nacht bewacht, so wie die ganze Hotelanlage. Leider ließen es die Wellen nur einen Tag zu im Meer zu schwimmen, hier sind die Guards rigoros. Am Abend gingen wir in eines der zahlreichen Restaurants, wo wir mexikanisch, italienisch, französisch, asiatisch usw. essen konnten. Ein Highlight war der dominikanische Abend mit Spezialitäten des Landes. Nach dem Abendessen gingen wir manchmal in eine der Bars oder zu einem der Event, die jeden Abend angeboten wurden, wie Magier, Zirkus oder ein Michael Jackson Imitator. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wohlfühlen ist in diesem Resort angesagt. Für uns eine Destination mit Wiederholungsfaktor."

"The Finest Punta Cana had a lot of potential, but unfortunately fell short in several key areas during our stay. The location and beach were quite nice, but the overall experience was marred by poor service and substandard food and beverage quality. The staff, while friendly enough, often seemed disinterested and inattentive. On multiple occasions, we had to call to request our room be cleaned, even though we had the "make up room" sign displayed from early in the morning. The general sense was that the staff were just going through the motions, rather than providing the high level of service one would expect at a resort of this caliber. The food was a major disappointment. Approximately 80% of the time, the meals we were served were simply not edible. The quality and freshness were lacking, and the preparation was often sloppy. The cocktails were also poorly made, using cheap, low-quality liquor. Even the wine selection was surprisingly poor, with options that were barely drinkable. While the resort itself and the beach were nice, the execution across the board was simply subpar. It seems that management may be struggling to maintain standards and provide a truly high-end experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Finest Punta Cana based on our stay. There are likely better options in the area that can deliver a more enjoyable and memorable vacation."

"Wir hatten einen schönen Karibikurlaub,jedoch ist das Hauptbuffet unterste Ägyptenklasse.Ich selbst bin Koch,es war einfach alles meist kalt und nicht richtig gegart zb. Ravioli. Wir haben nur in der Sportsbar gegessen,es war meist das selbe aber dafür heiß und lecker und ruhiger. Sämtliches Personal lachte als ich Sie auf das Hauptbuffet ansprach,ich denke das sagt schon alles. Bis auf dies,ist es ein cooles Hotel mit Casino,Club usw."

"This is a real review from a small family of 3 - I am always skeptical of reviews but this one is for real. I have just checked out of a 6 day stay in a relatively quiet but warm time in mid May. Here are my thoughts on the Lopesan Costa Bávaro: Personelle is super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff always got a child seat for our child and made sure she was greeted and entertained when passing by. Not speaking Spanish was sometimes a challenge to communicate special requests but the staff always tried to understand and satisfy our needs. Many even anticipated the needs for our child - giving us an entire carton of milk for bed time, and rushing cleaning service of a sleep sack so that our child could use it again on the same night. The facilities are beautiful and new. The public spaces of the resort are clean, scenic, and lush with beautiful plants. The beach was clean and easily accessible with a stroller. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The resort is kid friendly with a great small waterpark and splashpad, easy stroller access everywhere, and even a smaller water park appropriate for toddlers. Only two minor complaints are that some of the public bathrooms near the beach seemed a bit neglected and dirty. More problematic, possibly just our type of room, but with a regular sea view room, we could hardly see the sea from our 3rd floor balcony and the toilet and shower have only a divider requiring us to be very quiet with a sleeping kid.
