" Bewertung für das Hotel: Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und geprägt von großer Gastfreundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des gesamten Personals. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Foodtruck im Familienbereich, der mit wirklich delikaten Speisen überzeugt hat – ein echtes Highlight! Ein kleiner Punkt zur Verbesserung wäre die Pünktlichkeit der Animateure, die gelegentlich etwas später als angekündigt mit den Programmen begonnen haben. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, das eine entspannte und genussvolle Zeit bietet. Das Essen schmeckt frisch am besten. Also am besten lassen Sie sich etwas frisch zubereiten. Großartig war Koch Daniel, der ein Japanisches Erlebnis schaffte o. A la Cart Brasilian Steak. Sushi eher weniger kulinarisch. "

"The Finest Punta Cana had a lot of potential, but unfortunately fell short in several key areas during our stay. The location and beach were quite nice, but the overall experience was marred by poor service and substandard food and beverage quality. The staff, while friendly enough, often seemed disinterested and inattentive. On multiple occasions, we had to call to request our room be cleaned, even though we had the "make up room" sign displayed from early in the morning. The general sense was that the staff were just going through the motions, rather than providing the high level of service one would expect at a resort of this caliber. The food was a major disappointment. Approximately 80% of the time, the meals we were served were simply not edible. The quality and freshness were lacking, and the preparation was often sloppy. The cocktails were also poorly made, using cheap, low-quality liquor. Even the wine selection was surprisingly poor, with options that were barely drinkable. While the resort itself and the beach were nice, the execution across the board was simply subpar. It seems that management may be struggling to maintain standards and provide a truly high-end experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Finest Punta Cana based on our stay. There are likely better options in the area that can deliver a more enjoyable and memorable vacation."

"The resort is nice, the staff is friendly, with a suite you get a butler and ours, Eric, really did a great job. There are 4 a la carte restaurants for dinner so if you stay a week it can get a little redundant. The food was good, but not great (in comparison to other resorts in that category and price range we have been to before). All in all it was a nice vacation but I feel we paid a lot or rather too much considering what we got (compared to other resort vacations that we did before). What did bother us is that there is a major construction side right next door (10-15 feet from the „fence“), there is another resort being built and our room was the second room right next to it, it was not possible to change rooms within the same category (only to rooms without the private pool), so we had to stay in that room. My advice would be to request a room on the left side (buildings 2 / 4 / 6) since that is furthest from the construction. If you get a swim up room, get one with pool view, not garden view because if you’re on the right side (building 3 or 5) that will give you construction view (there’s no garden). Regarding Expedia and the resort credit: that is basically a scam. We got $500 in resort credit. What we only learned upon arrival is that only $100 can be used per day and you have to book something that costs more than 100 so basically they make you pay more money to use the resort credit. This was stated nowhere in the booking = very intransparent hidden costs."

"Wir hatten einen schönen Karibikurlaub,jedoch ist das Hauptbuffet unterste Ägyptenklasse.Ich selbst bin Koch,es war einfach alles meist kalt und nicht richtig gegart zb. Ravioli. Wir haben nur in der Sportsbar gegessen,es war meist das selbe aber dafür heiß und lecker und ruhiger. Sämtliches Personal lachte als ich Sie auf das Hauptbuffet ansprach,ich denke das sagt schon alles. Bis auf dies,ist es ein cooles Hotel mit Casino,Club usw."

"Die gesamte Anlage, war in einem sehr ordentlichen, gepflegtem Gesamtzustand. Durch sehr hohen Personaleinsatz wurde ein hoher Grad an Qualität, Sauberkeit und Service erreicht. Die Strandreinigung erfolgte täglich, auch zwischen den Liegen. Der Gartenbereich, die Teichanlagen und Gebäude wurden permanent instand und sauber gehalten. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und fleißig. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und hatte eine sehr gute Qualität. Der Check-in und der Check-out waren sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Nach dem Check-out stehen noch duschen und Handtücher zur Verfügung, so dass man den Strand noch bis zur letzten Minute nutzen könnte. Das all-inclusive Armband bekommt man erst bei der Abholung vorm Hotel abgenommen, so dass man bis dahin vollständig versorgt ist. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt."

"This is a real review from a small family of 3 - I am always skeptical of reviews but this one is for real. I have just checked out of a 6 day stay in a relatively quiet but warm time in mid May. Here are my thoughts on the Lopesan Costa Bávaro: Personelle is super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff always got a child seat for our child and made sure she was greeted and entertained when passing by. Not speaking Spanish was sometimes a challenge to communicate special requests but the staff always tried to understand and satisfy our needs. Many even anticipated the needs for our child - giving us an entire carton of milk for bed time, and rushing cleaning service of a sleep sack so that our child could use it again on the same night. The facilities are beautiful and new. The public spaces of the resort are clean, scenic, and lush with beautiful plants. The beach was clean and easily accessible with a stroller. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The resort is kid friendly with a great small waterpark and splashpad, easy stroller access everywhere, and even a smaller water park appropriate for toddlers. Only two minor complaints are that some of the public bathrooms near the beach seemed a bit neglected and dirty. More problematic, possibly just our type of room, but with a regular sea view room, we could hardly see the sea from our 3rd floor balcony and the toilet and shower have only a divider requiring us to be very quiet with a sleeping kid.
