„Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber und sehr gemütlich.Schöner Blick aufs Meer, auch vom Bett aus. Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Parken war mit ausgehändigter Parkkarte kostenfrei an der Straße möglich. Bietet kaum ein anderes Hotel. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Komme gerne wieder.“

„An sich sehr schönes Hotel. Ideal für Wanderer und Radfahrer mit eigenen Fahrradkeller. Der ist allerdings nur über eine etwas enge Treppe zu erreichen. Service top, Sauberkeit i.O. Sehr schöne Lage. Das Hotel wird von Hundebesitzer geschätzt.“

„By the booking, I asked for a room upgrade if possible with no response. Upon arrival, I asked again and there was a possibility to upgrade but only our last night. AND that we had luck as the new room wasn't affected by the more expensive weekend rate, there would be no extra charges for the upgrade. At check-out we were presented with a new upgraded invoice! „My Mum and I had a lovely weekend stay in Scarborough and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff are fantastic and couldn't help enough. They explained on check-in that they are in the process of upgrading and refurbishing the hotel so we knew to expect it to be dated in areas. Despite this it was clean, comfortable and cosy. „This property is in an excellent location opposite the harbour with amazing views. The room was a good size and warm considering the freezing weather. It seemed to be recently decorated with a modern bathroom. Lots of wardrobe space and a king size bed. „The hotel is undergoing building work, but that didn't effect our stay. We were checked in to a room near reception, which was lovely - well decorated, cosy and spacious. They used all the space wisely to design the room and give a decent size ensuite bathroom with a huge walk in shower. Was really impressed. „Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“
