„Beautiful stay at these gorgeous sea view apartments. The hotel reception staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a lovely surprise of some delicious complimentary cupcakes when we entered the apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay and for my elderly father-in-law who now struggles with stairs, the added bonus of a lift that takes you straight into the apartment. „The quality of the property is excellent. Sofas and bedding very good quality. Great location, 5 mins walk to park and carpark and 10 mins to beach. Couple of little extras would have made it even better such as speaker to connect phone to for music, oven gloves and car parking permits. We made a full Xmas dinner for 12 and all fit comfortably in the property. Communication very good.“

„Lovely apartment but needed a thorough clean. Walking bearfooted floors felt gritty and a little sticky. Wooden cabinets in kitchen and living area full of greasy fingerprints. Duvet had about a two inch bloody looking stain on it, brought it to their attention, it was returned later in the day in same condition. Sorry to complain but it really spoilt what was otherwise a lovely stay. Nice staff.“

„The property itself was very clean and well situated approximately 2.5 miles from the centre of Scarborough. Check in was easy with a coded key safe. We found the kitchen to be poorly equipped, fortunately we had take a few items ‘just in case’, this could definitely be improved but in no way spoiled our stay! We took a dog with us, the area of the garden with the hot tub is enclosed and secure so he could roam around while we had a soak. All in all a great stay thank you 😊“

„Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“

„An sich sehr schönes Hotel. Ideal für Wanderer und Radfahrer mit eigenen Fahrradkeller. Der ist allerdings nur über eine etwas enge Treppe zu erreichen. Service top, Sauberkeit i.O. Sehr schöne Lage. Das Hotel wird von Hundebesitzer geschätzt.“
