„Overall enjoyed our stay. Loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy. The house was well equipped and well supplied with all the essentials. It was in a good location not far from the italian gardens and lovely views of scarborough bay. Only downside we found the sofas quite uncomfortable which was a shame as everything else was good.“

„The cottage was ideally placed for going to the beaches, the market and most things in Scarborough. We stayed there with 2 adults, 2 17 year olds and 1 dog, the size of the property was perfect, we visited both beaches in Scarborough and the one in Filey which were all great.the teens went to York and Whitby for the day and went to the water park and had a great time, we found a couple of great local restaurants the plough in Scalby and Licorella in Scarborough. We had a lovely few days “

„Good sized accommodation for my family party of 8 with the use of a garden. Only a few minutes walk to beach, castle & other facilities in Scarborough. Host was helpful when asked about the local street parking scheme. “

„Property is exactly as appears in the images and as described. Check in process easy. Seamer a nice little village. Recommend the cafe a few doors down and the pub. Would stay again. “

„We stayed here for Christmas bringing two families together with the grandparents. It was perfect for us! Lots of space for the kids, lovely rooms for everyone, well equipped kitchen. It’s in a great location with easy access to the beaches, the castle and lots of restaurants, cafes and shops in walking distance. Highly recommend!“

„The property was very nice, but the downstairs areas smelt quite musty / greasy cooking smells. The property was clean. It was a bit of a nightmare checking in, with a lady on the phone assuring me that details would be provided, but they were not. I had to make a further call to obtain the details. The front entrance to the property was a little difficult to find. The rear door (through which entry could not be gained) would benefit from a sign pointing guests round the row of terraces to the ...

„We visited 5th September for a long weekend. The house is very nice with amazing sea views. Well equipped with all the usual things you would expect in a rental house. Had a problem with parking as the scratch cards were not in the property as suggested in the guide and it was too late to do anything about it the night we checked in, however after a couple of calls in the morning we were sorted. „We really enjoyed our stay, the house is excellent, everything you need, great location, we hardly needed the car as walked (fair trek to south bay etc) to most places, especially as the cinder path is very close to the property. We were very comfortable and our cat, Ned loved it especially the dining area patio window that caught the sun throughout the day! Thank you. “

„The accommodation was absolutely amazing, it was very clean and the little touches the owners left was so lovely - the tea/coffee, toiletries etc. Communication up to the stay was excellent, they kept in touch regularly and if we had any questions, we’re very efficient advising us.
