After complaining we did appreciate getting a partial refund from the host. The money that was not returned was VRBO’s portion and I plan to argue for that too. „Im Mai 2019 haben wir uns mit 7 Personen auf den Weg gemacht die schottischen Highlands kennen zu lernen. Deshalb war das Camusmore House die perfekte Zentrale für uns. 4 Schlafzimmer/ Bad/WC und eine riesige Küche und Wohnbereich waren für uns perfekt. Ein spezielles Highlight der Whirlpool. „Beautiful property that is very well maintained and clean. Has gorgeous views of the Firth of Clyde and a hot tub for good measure. Hosts were great communicators, although when asked, we were told to take cooking basics (salt, pepper, tea and coffee etc) and cleaning products as they wouldnt be provided. Although these things were all present on arrival. To note, we thought the fridge was quite small for a 10 person holiday home. We couldnt fit a lot of our food and drink in for our 2 night ...
