Verbesserungswürdig: Personal & Service und Komfort des Zimmers
Good for a short stay
Lobby is nice and modern. The Check-In was really quick, only had to tell my name and got the card.
+ The room was tidy and clean and had a kettle with two teabags and coffemixes
+ I really liked the smell of the magnolia fragrance (I think) in the room
- only two free sockets next to the television, none in the bathroom
- bad airconditioning in the bathroom -> the ceiling had stains and the wallpaper was coming off everywhere, as well as the outer layer of the showerhead. It was really unpleasant being in there
In addition one light couldn't be turned off by pressing the button. I slept with the roomcard tucked out. I later told the receptionist about it (hadn't been fixed but she explained I could turn it off with the tv controller. Didn't try though, it had been my last night).
The staff was very polite and friendly, although communication in english was a tiny bit difficult.
Sadly there was/is a construction area right in front of the hotel and the noise started early in the morning. But can't do anything about it.
Conclusion: They try hard but shouldn't forget the small things that could improve the durability of the rooms. I probably would choose it again if they check and repair the obvious flaws (electricity, ceiling). Until then no.
