„This property is well taken care of. Small unit, but perfect for me and right by the beach. Pool is nearby. I will always stay at this property when in Atlantic Beach. Kitchen has plates and cookware/utensils. “

„We were extending a business trip to have a little R & R. We have been coming to the Atlantic Beach/Emerald Isle area for 30 years. This little studio apartment/condo was perfect for us. Pictures online were spot on. It's super cute & all you need for a few days. Steps away from the beach, good parking, close to everything in Atlantic Beach & the area. It even has a nostalgic feeling that we appreciated. We will definitely consider staying here again when it's just the 2 of us. “

„Decent condo, more updated than some other units that we saw (there were 5 families we knew staying here at the same time). Unit has everything you need, except some extra blankets (we had a bit of cold weather). Luckily we had brought a couple with us. We liked the location, parking was super easy, and it's easy to walk to the beach. Something really cool is that the beach faces south so you can see BOTH the sunrise and sunset (on the beach). That was my favorite part of our stay :)“

„This was absolutely PERFECT for our family of 10 and a baby! It was big enough that we all had our own personal space but small enough to accommodate all of us comfortably in the common kitchen-dining-family room space and porch! We all loved the large round kitchen table and lazy Susan. We gathered there for every thing from serious discussions, holiday planning, card games, family meals and a birthday celebration! „I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything ...

„Great little cottage! Well appointed with everything we needed for a weekend at the NC Seafood Festival. Easy walking distance to the festival and restaurants in the area. “

„Good exercise up to 3rd floor master bedroom with nice balcony. Beach across the street and good restaurants across the street and close to the townhouse. 👍“

„My wife, daughter and grands went for a quick weekend fishing trip. The property was great. We did not use the resort amenities. We had an excellent time.“

„We really loved the location! We loved the dock and decks, but the house is showing signs of wear. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness, and we encountered a few cockroaches during our stay which was a bummer (but maybe unavoidable).“
