The condo is the other side of a dune from the beach and comes with beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. We loved the condo, the locations, and the amenities. „While the price was acceptable, the property can use a little TLC. kitchen faucet about to fall off No lite under microwave Screen door not usable Ceiling fan pulls are missing An extra TV in MBR would be awesome Dimmer on bar light Entry door needs a new lockset Very simple fixes, and funny thing is most them are the same from first visit, with no upgrades. LOVE this condo and the amenities of APB.... just needs a little attention to detail. “

„I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything ...

„My I came hoping to enjoy the beach without having to even get out of bed, and that is exactly what this condo offers. Enjoy the sound of the surf and broad views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. Believe them when they tell you the stairs are slippery when wet. And be prepared to sign a contract that offers no refund even in the event of mandatory hurricane eevacuation! Really?!?“

„The condo was everything we needed for our Spring Break trip. We enjoyed our ocean view and access to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area was quiet this time of year. We enjoyed walks along the Ft Macon beach and near by excursions to Cape Lookout and other seaside nature reserves. The amenities on property we fun for our kids. “

„The property is a good location to access the beach. We enjoyed the view from the screened in porch and master bedroom balcony overlooking the pool. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very close to the Aquarium and the shopping center on Fort Macon Drive. The downside of our rental was the closet with beach chairs and workout room were inaccessible. There were no condiments in the refrigerator. The last VRBO beach house we rented was well stocked in the kitchen. ...

„We love Emerald Isle, but have never stayed at these condos before. This unit is definitely well loved and truly has everything you need. Everything was so nice and decorated so well… And every little thing was there that you would possibly need. I did reach out to the owner a few times with some questions prior to staying and she always replied quite quickly. We definitely will be looking to stay at this unit again if we come back. I would highly recommend it!“

„The Views are great from both sides of the unit. it is really roomy for a condo. Prents are 87 and 84 and used to own some property jut up the beach and we have vacationed here for years. Only negatives were it was not really handicapped which has nothing to do with this place..that was on me.. As for check in there were plenty of emails and follow up but must hit "#" before the elevator code. And bring most anything you want in terms of salt/pepper, etc that you might find in other ...

„This was our second time staying at A Place at the Beach and we loved it. We love how it is right there at the beach and how they have a playground area and indoor pool, since we have a 2.5 year old. The staff is very nice and helpful when we asked questions. We will definitely be back! :)“

"Sehr schönes und super gelegenes Hotel in Strandnähe mit einem herrlichen Meer. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Rezeptionist Billy Brummett, der uns vom ersten Tag an mit seiner freundlichen Art und seiner Kompetenz bzgl. Restaurants und Ausflugsempfehlungen einen wunderschönen Urlaub (6 herrliche Tage) bescherte."
