„We liked this property! It was a 10-15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. A short walk to an entrance to the path around the lake. Great views of downtown. It was sweet that there were flowers on the table for our anniversary and breakfast foods, fruit, and coffee for us when we arrived. Plenty of towels and toilet paper! I appreciated that Raymond had both recycling and composting.The place was comfortable and well designed. As the listing states, there are stairs to get to the house!“

„We came to Austin for a weekend get away and this place was perfect. Neighborhood felt very safe. Pool was cool! And the AC worked amazing for the hot August days. „Wonderful property and great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. Loved the hidden feel and safety of the area. Property managers were welcoming and available for any questions we had. They were even making improvements for us as we arrived. Even though it is in close range to the main house we never noticed any disturbances whatsoever. Highly recommend!!“

„Everything about this place was perfect. It was a great location for all our Austin explorations. We loved the privacy and the campy feel of the yard, even though we were in the middle of the city. We were also surprised at how quiet the overall neighborhood was at night. The pool was a great place to soak at the end of a long, hot day of walking. Bed was super comfy. „This 2 bedroom upscale apartment had everything we wanted. Two spacious bedrooms with tons of closet space and storage, and amazingly comfortable beds. The common area is spacious and comfortable as well. Windows are everywhere to let in lots of light and they have room darkening curtains so you can sleep in if that’s your thing. „Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown. "I felt so unsafe i left after 5minutes ... drug addicts everywhere, needles all over the street after seeing my neighbors i immediately got back to the counter and checked out ... employee was nice and understood my concerns. Take this location of your list, I don't want to imagine what would happen if a family booked there."

"Sehe schönes Hotel sehr Nah am Zentrum Austin. Es ist sehr individuell gestaltet, Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Zimmer sauber und gut. Betten sehr gut. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten, Whirlpool. Frühstück war gut, also wie meist in den USA üblich. Die Individalität des Hotels hat mir persönlich sehr gefallen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer IM Hotel. Es gibt auch Zimmer, wie im Motel oft, mit Parkplatz vor dem Zimmer. Ich empfehle ein Zimmer im Hotel. Schöne Lobby . Mit dem Auto knapp 10 min bis zum Capitol. Ich empfehle das Hotel und freue mich, wenn ich Austin nochmal zu besichtige, dort zu übernachten ."

"Atemberaubend. Vom Front-Desk, über das Bar Personal bis zu den Reinigungskräften waren alle immer sehr freundlich. Das geräumige Zimmer war fantastisch und der Poolbereich sensationell. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Ein grossartiges Hotel!"
