Also the TV in the sitting room didn't work. Called the desk but the young lady explained that she was alone and would try to find someone to help, without success.“

„Beautiful new hotel, nice rooms, altbiugbpretty noisy from the street despite modern standard. Nice restaurant and bar on the rooftop. Experience was however mediocre. We wanted to check in at 2 pm, room wasn’t ready, they told us that they would give priority to clean room. Eventually ready at 3:30 pm. Then we got the keys and we entered a room where Someone just installed himself. Very embarrassing. Back at the reception they gave us another room and they gave us a 100 usd credit. Nice. We ...

„Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown. „Atemberaubend. Vom Front-Desk, über das Bar Personal bis zu den Reinigungskräften waren alle immer sehr freundlich. Das geräumige Zimmer war fantastisch und der Poolbereich sensationell. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Ein grossartiges Hotel!“
