„This is a two bedroom apartment that is overtop of a restaurant and right next to the park. Parking is a bit difficult for checking in as we had kids and a lot of stuff, but there is a free lot down the street. The restaurant downstairs is great as well. We were beat after visiting the park with the kids and got some takeout!“

„The apartment is charming and was very clean. The kitchen had all the essentials and the bed was very comfortable. It is on a busy street, so there is quite a bit of street noise and you need to be able to climb 22 steps to enter. It's over a crepe store that has amazing breakfast and lunch crepes! It's in a nice location - walking distance to several restaurants and about a mile from the visitors center.“

„We loved the walkability of the neighborhood. It was right along the river and you can walk across the street, sit on a park bench, and just watch the water. There are several bars and restaurants close by. Parking was on the street right beside the building. „We have been a guest at Sandee’s property in Gettysburg several time now. The house is wonderful - fully stocked with everything we need. The location is perfect and only a couple of blocks off the square. There is a grocery store behind the property making it easy to pick up food for our stay. We love the history of the home and the local decor is great fun. Thank you!“

„We had a fabulous weekend celebrating our 40th anniversary at the Shoe House. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail thought of by the hosts. We spent our weekend cooking together, playing games, sitting out by the fire pit and enjoying the hot tub. Sleeping accommodations are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked.
