„I had a room at the end of the doorway and when I wanted to take a shower, there was only cold water! After calling the front desk they send a technician and it turned out that this is a known problem since the hot water supply is on the other side of the building. This is unacceptable to have only cold water when it is freezing outside. “

„The hotel staff were friendly, attentive and check in was easy. I was there for a conference so I wish all of the elevators worked. And the room was standard, nothing fancy but dusty- my allergies were triggered as soon as I arrived. The location was a short 12 min walk to the convention center, so it suited my needs. Valet needs more staff“

„You have to lift your luggage by yourself up the staircases, there is no lift and no help. Elderly people shoudl be warned about this. The room looks as if it has been renovated the last time 40 years ago. It was clean but everything was very, very much last century including a carpet. The room was on top smelly. The TV seemed to be 25 years old. The bathroom has no light, the sink to brush my teeth was in the room and you stand on carpet. That's not what I would expect from a hotel today. The ...

„Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Flughafens. Zur Stadtmitte ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Sehr serviceorientiert: es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen für Hotelgäste, außerdem neben Kaffee und Tee auch kostenloses Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer.“
