„Too many hotels in this gated community for the small beach area! There was literally no where to sit on the beach! We left our RESORT for a less crowded PUBLIC beach. Room was clean. We also were not informed that you have to check in across the road at a different location. They do not allow motorcycles inside the gated area so we had to leave it where you check in. Parking is VERY tight!! Big vehicles will not fit.“

„This was our second trip to Miramar Beach for summer vacation and to Tops'l Tides. This unit was perfect for our family. Wonderful views of the Gulf and easy access to the beach-especially now that there is a ramp to get to the beach! Located just a short drive from 30A which allowed us to venture to several beach towns for dinner and ice cream each night of our stay. Natalie and Heath were very accommodating to our requests and replied quickly. We hope to stay again next summer.“
