„Had to make a last minute booking on a short trip to Austin and had to book whatever was avaialble and werent expecting much but this hotel definitely checked all or most boxes for us. Clean, updated, smelled good, had all the modern tech updates. Staff were friendly, accommodating and provided timely service. Only issue we noticed was the water was too soft and it was hard to get the soap/shampoo off. Would definitely come back.“

„Hallways weren't air conditioned which was weird. AC in the room kept stopping unless we turned the setting down every few hours. Not great when you're sleeping and have to get up 3 times. The middle of the night to turn the ac down so it'll kick on. Parking was a nightmare. On arrival we came in about midnight and had nowhere to park. Almost gave up and cancelled our reservation until one person left and we got a spot. “

„The facility and room were impeccable. Emily, the front desk attendsnt when I arrived, was outstanding. My only issue is that were no eating establishments for miles around and Door Dash was really expensive. I paid $42 for a sandwich and salad. “

„Ein so tolles Hotel habe ich selten erlebt! Super sauber und alles war perfekt. Unser Zimmer groß und als gesehen wurde, dass ich große Probleme beim laufen hatte, wurde mir von Arthur, dem Hausmeister mit Herz, ein Rollstuhl angeboten! Arthur hat uns am nächsten Tag auch persönlich zum Flughafen gefahren und war uns eine super Hilfe! Solche Mitarbeiter braucht ein Hotel! Abends hatten wir im hauseigenen Restaurant gegessen, super lecker und auch ein exzellenter Service! Wir können dieses ...
