Villa Parc Monceau sits perched over beautiful and rustic Toiny Beach. All rooms open up to panoramic views. Everything is new - kitchen, bathrooms, pool, lighting, etc. 2 car garage. 30 second walk to the beach & numerous hiking trails. 2 min walk to newly renovated Toiny Hotel. 10 min to St Jean and 15 min to Gustavia.

Large open salon with high ceilings and great breeze coming in off the ocean. Hear the sound of the ocean as well. Large comfortable bathrooms and bedrooms and a great kitchen for cooking and entertaining.
The villa is on the "wild" side of the island - known for beautiful crashing waves on beaches and cliffs. Best surf break on the island. Not as crowed w tourists as the other side of the island. One of the most beautiful hotels on the island is a 5 minute walk - complete with a new and trendy beach front lunch restaurant.
Would recommend you rent a car on the island - no matter where you are staying. Taxis are possible but they can take a while and theres no ride sharing apps on the island - to my knowledge. There's free parking at the villa as well as across the street theres a new small free parking lot for surfers and you can use that as well.
Other things to note
The villa is right on the main road in Toiny. No driving up steep scary hills at night trying to find your way home. Two car garage makes parking easy and safe. Garage can accommodate more cars but not large SUVs such as a Defender. But you can park across the street if needed. No satellite tv. Apple TV only. Pool not heated. The island has construction on a regular basis - both government projects and private homes / projects. Pls check w me before you book and i can share what I know about construction in the area but I also cant guarantee things - our experience is a situation can change per day on the island with how active a construction site is.
It’s not recommend to swim on Toiny beach. The currents can be very strong. Better to swim at one of the many other beaches. Contact me for details if you want on other beaches.
Please confirm you have your own renters or homeowner insurance. If not you can probably buy an inexpensive policy but proof of insurance is required to rent the property
By law the pool alarm needs to stay on. If you tamper or turn the alarm off it is at your own risk
Laundry Service: Please DO NOT use the washing machine or dryer at the villa unless previously approved by landlord. While we can allow use for some stays, the machines have been broken several times and thus are sometimes not included in the rental. We also offer two additional options for laundry: Consider using Miss Clean – she’s relatively inexpensive and her store is located next to Maya’s to Go across from the airport. She’s open in the mornings and typically can do 1 or 2 day service if needed. Or you can arrange laundry service with my housekeeper directly.
Note occupancy tax will need to be collected for your stay. Either at time of booking or via the resolution center after you check out or via another way but this jurisdiction does require the collection of occupancy taxes. Occupancy taxes are NOT included in the rate and totals calculated for your stay. The tax for tourists is 5% is calculated off of the gross rent for your stay. We collect it and pay it to the government after you check out. We’re happy to send you proof of the payment sent once’s it’s completed as well.
No large groups permitted. No more than 3 unrelated persons per stay

Note while the home is across the street from the beach the home is right off the main road. There is also a parking lot across the street for additional and easy parking
Cleaning service not included but you can speak to our maid and pay her directly if you'd like to have her do some cleaning during your stay.
