Beautiful home, beautiful location, quiet, and more than enough room for our family to be able to relax. As an added bonus my wife and I are huge baseball fans and the nostalgic memorabilia around the house was just an awesome touch. If you have the chance to stay here, do not pass it up.“

„Was very please with the property it was in a small town right on the outside of town. Best part was having the Amish horse and buggies riding down the road each day. The hist was honestly amazing and accommodating. My best friend and her family live out side of fort plain NY, when I go up to visit this will be my go to house to rent. “

„Weekend girls trip to ski and found Katie's place to stay. Brand new home, cozy, quiet, very clean and right on the Sacandaga river. We loved it! The hot tub was a special treat after skiing. We both agree that we will 100% try and stay here again next year. Thanks for opening your beautiful space for us.“

„This house was exactly as pictured. It has been very nicely updated and was very clean. Check-in/out directions were clear, easy and not overly complicated. It was also very close to the downtown area, which was perfect for us.“

„This is a great place for a family stay or vacation. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the beautiful dining/living areas. Having 2.5 bathrooms is also a convenient feature. Centrally located for visits to Utica, New Hartford and surroundings.“

„The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future “
