„Although on a highway route, I didn’t mind the sounds of traffic. I focused and enjoyed the serenity surrounding the cabin. You could hear the water running in the creek while sitting on the swing on the porch. I used the wood burner quite a bit. Slept like a baby and woke up late every day!!“

„We came to WV for a retirement getaway with my family. The place is very spacious, clean, and has all the amenities one would want or need when traveling. The home is located about 10 minutes outside of town, tucked away in a very secure and quiet location. Wonderful proximity to trails. Our family really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.“

„Nice big place, clean comfortable beds. Went in winter and it’s a little hard to regulate heat. Third bedroom is a porch renovated . It was cold and they provided a heater. Still hard to regulate as it cuts off when it needs to cool. But I would think most times of year that would all be fine. We would stay here again. Nice town to visit!!!“

„Me and my wife had an amazing time at this cabin! It was clean, orderly, and above all, peaceful! We hiked to the train tracks twice during our stay (there's no marked trails that we noticed but was a pleasant trek through the woods regardless). The second hike we ended up sheltering in the tunnel for a few since we got caught in a small snowstorm which was a new experience for my wife.
