„Took wife and both adult kids for a long weekend for my wife's birthday. Great time. Joe gives you full access to his little slice of heaven. No horses in December for us but tons of piece and quiet. Make the 10 mile drive to Babcock state forest. If you like tattoos get ahold of wolf sing ink in mt hope. 25 minute drive from cabin and this guy is top notch in the business. Joe we'll be back very soon. “

„Although on a highway route, I didn’t mind the sounds of traffic. I focused and enjoyed the serenity surrounding the cabin. You could hear the water running in the creek while sitting on the swing on the porch. I used the wood burner quite a bit. Slept like a baby and woke up late every day!!“

„This cabin was wonderful and the booking was easy. The host Billie was also excellent with communication. It is a slight challenge to get up the hill to the cabin but as long as you have 4 wheel or AWD you should be fine. My teens and I loved our stay and would definitely stay again.“

„Simple and at ease from check in! So glad i found this property for our half way stop back to Illinois. The beds were so comfy, kid and dog friendly, no clutter, great water pressure. We felt at home! We stayed with our dog, 2 and 4 year old kiddos, their grandmother and my husband and myself and we had plenty of room! The back yard was so nice for our pup after a long drive.
